Two in the mail this morning that made me take pause from the daily chores. One is from Hardly Art saying that they released my favorite song from the Moondoggies' last album as a single today. Listen to that bassline, so good. The other being the first single from the new Papercuts album, set to be released on Sub Pop March 1st. I haven't got much into this guy/band, but his song "Future Primitive" from a few years ago is so good I can't help but keep listening to see what he does. Dude could retire on a song like that. The Moondoggies- What Took So Long (off Tidelands) Papercuts- Do What You Want (off Fading Parade)
