In the last half a year, Gowns has become one my favorite purveyors of creepy minimalism. They're so good.
Or, rather, were. The other day, they officially called it quits. While I wasn't surprised (I met Ezra while on tour this fall and he told me they were basically no more), I'm still a bit sad to see it go. To ease our collective pain, they were kind enough to leave a 17 minute farewell track for us to play over and over, like we do with all their other releases.
