Cock and Swan

It occurred to me today how patiently I've been awaiting the new Cock and Swan album. Often bordering on my favorite band, Bothell, Washington's Cock and Swan make minimal electro-acoustic music and have released two ep's in the last few years. Their last one was Marshmallow Sunset, a near-perfect collection of low-fi minimal bliss. While I know they've been working on a new album for a while now, their myspace sadly doesn't say anything about it. So, in the waiting, I thought I'd lament how awesome I think they are and post a couple live tracks from earlier this year.
Here are two tracks recorded live at the Seattle festival Dogwater Dayz, which took place in early February. Both tracks were recorded by Hollow Earth Radio's DJ Dearborn:
Cock and Swan "Walking Up Dandelions"
Cock and Swan "Goldmine"(Brad Dunn Cover)
Both their albums are available throught their fantastic label/music collective, Dandelion Gold.
