Use Your Words (Press) is a new Olympia-based art collective started by Alexis Wolf (Ilse Content, Tapestry, Pet Club), but ran collectively by an all-star Olympia cast. The first Use Your Words event is happening today and it should be real good. There will be zine readings from Alexis Wolf (reading from her new issue of Ilse Content), Ariel Birks (reading from the upcoming issue of Jesus Christ Superzine), Joshua James (reading from Basic Paper Airplane), Amina Kirby (reading from her really amazing upcoming issue of Sugar and Heartstrings)and Gina Sarti reading from her unpublished children's book. Sara Lankutis and Blood Bones will both be providing music and it will all be wrapped up with a Little Mermaid viewing and sing-along.
