If It Ain't Breakfast, Don't Fix It

Composer for hire, former noiser, folk blues guitarist, clawhammer banjoist, one man horn section- If It Ain't Breakfast, Don't Fix It's Geph Shannon is so much of what I like in a musician, one that's not bound to genre boxes, one that's always willing to try new things.
While mostly known for playing in such bands as The Pasties, A Collective of Dirt, Vasa Sinca, Letters, and playing on countless albums (Kite, Jenny Jenkins, Polka Dot Dot Dot, etc), his solo music is total gold and often goes unnoticed. Maybe the fact that he doesn't release albums or play many shows has something to do with this, but, in my mind, he should be famous without having to do these things. Some recordings are slowly going to be working their way into the world in the coming months and I, for one, couldn't be more excited. Below are some mp3's of the ways in which he does what he does.
Oh, let it be mentioned that he also composes original, amazing, personalized songs you can have for very reasonable sums of money (which is awesome). Composer for Hire site
